Aged 7, Mozart with Family Went on First Grand Tour in 1763-1766

Account of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s first ‘grand tour’ of Europe with his family, and what he was composing from 7 to 10 years of age.
The Mozart family set out on a 3-year European tour that began on June 1763 when Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was aged 7. Leopold Mozart wished to present his children, Nannerl and Wolfgang, in the courts of Europe. The tour lasted until November 29, 1766.
